They left a voicemail asking me to get in touch with their ‘advisor’, but I just ignored it. Tried reporting the number to BT awhile back but nothing changed, which is pretty annoying. When I try to fill out their complaint form, it won’t even accept this number. It’s weird cos the caller ID shows 01912351891 like it's from Tyneside, but BT doesn’t seem to list it anywhere.
