This is really annoying and could be risky since it might encourage more calls from these types. Whenever it rings, I don't say anything because the call seems to be voice-triggered - if you speak, it connects you to someone. My phone displays the caller ID, so when I see this number, I just don't answer anymore. I'm registered with the Government's TPS (Telephone Preference Service), but it doesn’t seem to stop them at all. If they get caught, they could be hit with serious fines.
