I attempted to discuss my BT account, however, I don't possess one! This definitely feels like a dodgy setup!

Jason rang me on 0191 2221305 back on 14.03.17 and I asked him to remove my number from their records. He just said "Yeah yeah yeah" and hung up. Then on 25.04.17 I got another call from the same lot, so I told them again to stop contacting me. By 25.07.17, a bloke called Jack from the same business called once more. I begged him to take me off their list, but he said he couldn't and told me to sign up with the telephone preference service instead. Honestly, it's getting frustrating!

Got spam calls non stop from this number, even tho ive told them to leave me alone and registered with the TPS! It's so annoying!

I had a rather spirited conversation with a Jamaican lady who had a strong accent, all in an effort to discuss upgrading our old-fashioned BY landline. I attempted to convey that landlines are somewhat obsolete these days, and before I knew it, she hung up abruptly on me!
