They keep calling over and over, trying to start a chat, but they never just admit they’re pushing broadband for sale. It’s all a bit annoying really.

I've told them loads of times that we use BT and aren’t interested in switching, and since our business numbers are with BT, they just keep ringing me. It’s so irritating!!!

Got a call outta nowhere about upgrading our internet and phone, supposedly no need to change anything. Turns out, they're just checking what BT's charging now, what I pay, and trying to find a "better" deal so they get a slice of it. Honestly, you might as well sort it yourself and just stick with Connect.
