Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent, sounded like she was working in a call centre, saying she was from BT Openreach. She claimed there was a problem with our broadband and asked to get into our computer. Luckily, my dad, who’s older but pretty sharp, didn’t fall for it and asked me. I did some digging online and found out it's a common scam, even though this exact number hasn’t popped up yet. We’ve also informed both BT and our internet provider Sky about it.
