A lady, who appears to be of Indian descent, is asserting that she represents HMRC.

I received this pre-recorded message claiming to be from the HM Revenue and Customs, but I’m absolutely convinced it’s a scam! They urged me to press 1 to connect with my case officer about supposed tax evasion, threatening legal action if I didn’t comply. Quite the dodgy tactic, if you ask me!

I've received a call supposedly from the hospice lottery, but it doesn't align with what others have mentioned. Just a heads-up, it's best not to share your bank information over the phone, everyone. Stay vigilant!

I didn't recognise this number when it popped up on my phone, so I chose to ignore it. They didn't leave any voicemail, which I found a bit odd. After having a look on this site, I've decided to block the number for good measure.

I received a rather alarming phone call purporting to be from HMRC, alleging that there had been a fraudulent claim linked to my name. They urged me to press button 1 for further instructions. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

It’s rather infuriating, but this number has rung my home phone at least five times within the past hour! It’s becoming exceptionally bothersome.
