Yet another con artist!

I've received multiple calls from this number, but I've got no clue who it belongs to. I tend to steer clear of answering calls from numbers I don't recognise.

I haven't a clue who that could be. I certainly wouldn't waste my time picking up the phone!

Just received yet another unsolicited call from a mysterious number. It’s probably some dodgy scam or phishing attempt. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it, plus reported it to Action Fraud.

I've had a couple of calls from this number, but whenever I pick up, there's just silence on the other end. Quite odd, really.

I recently received a rather pushy phone call from someone soliciting donations for Cynthia Spencer Hospice in Northampton. The chap was going on about how their fundraising efforts had taken quite a hit and was keen to persuade me to contribute a mere pound every week. To be honest, I can’t help but think it was just a ploy to fish for my banking information! When I mentioned that I already support the hospice regularly (which is entirely factual), he swiftly ended the call. Honestly, these kinds of conversations really ought to be curtailed.

The phone buzzed away with five rings before going silent. I chose not to pick up, yet it seemed to call back multiple times throughout the day.
