They kept asking for me by name, but I told them I wasn't that person. Then they asked if I was the owner of the house, and I said no. They just said sorry and that they only deal with homeowners - clearly trying to scam me. They’re gonna have to try a lot harder than that with me. Also, the caller had an Indian accent, by the way.

This number rang me a couple times on my mobile yesterday and once today. I usually put unknown numbers straight on silent if they’re not in my contacts, so I didn’t pick up. It’s really annoying, they keep switching numbers that come from all over. I get about ten of these calls a week on my mobile alone, and just as many on my landline. When I answered the home phone once, no one was there. Seems like they’re premium rate scams trying to make you return the call.
