I've received a few calls now from a chap named 'Luke' who leaves a recorded message about some perilous lagging in my loft. He seems quite keen to get a response to his questions, but if I don't pick up, he just hangs up. This is now the third attempt to reach me! Quite peculiar, if you ask me.
