Got a call again from someone claiming to be a "local energy consultant." Funny thing is, they seem to pop up everywhere except near where I actually live. Hardly local at all! Ended up blocking the number.

I kept getting calls that would ring three times quickly one after the other. Every time I answered, there was nothing but silence, so I just hung up straight away. Now after reading other people's comments, I’m pretty sure it’s one of those automatic dialers.
