They kept ringing non stop but never bothered to leave me any voicemail or message at all.

So, I had an issue with my smart meter on my British Gas account, and after I got in touch with them, they got this company called IMServ involved. Seems like IMServ is the one that actually handles the installation and maintenance of these smart meters. They were the ones who reached out to me to set up a time for someone to come and sort it out.
