I ended up ringing myself up to vent about how awful npower is. Honestly, they’re quite the shifty bunch when it comes to their gas and electricity customers, and I happen to be one of them! Even their customer service seems to think they’re not up to scratch! Should we take this up with Ofgem, or would it be better to just keep quiet about it?
