5 yearsI’ve had it up to here with these incessant calls from an assortment of numbers, so I decided to take matters into my own hands this time. I did my homework, looked up the number, and even blocked it, yet those pesky calls kept slipping through. When they rang me again, I wasted no time and requested their account number as soon as I realised it was the autodialler on the line. There was a pause, and then they proceeded to mention my name while babbling about a ‘car accident’ I wasn’t involved in at all. I promptly asked for the first line of their address and the postcode so that I could check them out on my system. Not a peep in response! I wonder if that’ll be the last I hear from them?5 yearsI picked up the call, only to be met with a series of beeps followed by some odd sound that sounded almost like a person trying to make a noise. Then, just like that, the call dropped. I've since decided to block the number, no doubt about it!6 yearsI didn’t manage to answer the call promptly, but I did leave a voicemail after the second attempt, which urged me to alter my PIN on my phone.
