I asked if they had a branch in York, and she told me they’re actually located in the north west but use this line through a server to save money and have a better connection. Funny enough, I have the same York dialling code, so I reckon they do this on purpose to get you to pick up. Then they claim it’s about an accident I supposedly had! I’ve had calls like this before from other numbers, even another one with a York code. Neither me nor anyone in my house has been in any accident! How on earth do they come up with these lies?
