I pick up the phone, and there's absolutely no response on the other end.

They’ve presented themselves as GO-GREEN LTD, yet they refer to a website: www.ProjectSolarUK.com, while boasting a Leeds address. However, the phone number starting with 01904 actually belongs to York, which made me suspect it was deliberately set up to give an illusion of locality since I'm located in York. The whole situation seemed a bit off, so I asked them not to ring me anymore.

It seems that these fellows have been making calls from a number they’ve chosen to keep under wraps. I managed to trace them back to Cheshire using the 0800 1123110, although their main office number appears to be 01283 562520. I strongly suggest that anyone who has had a negative experience with this company's questionable (and perhaps even unlawful) phone tactics should ring up the head office to share their thoughts. Your voice matters!

Every time I pick up the phone, there's nobody on the other end. It's just a right pain and should be dealt with. According to what I've found online, it seems they’re trying to discuss government energy projects, like solar panels and the like.

I've received multiple calls from this number, and I've taken the step to block it so my phone remains quiet, yet I still get notifications about their calls. I contacted the Telephone Preference Service about it, but they informed me that they couldn't identify the business behind the number. The caller claimed to represent Better Energy, based in Leeds, so I’m baffled as to why the number originates from York. When I pressed them for further details, like their website, they abruptly hung up on me. The first time they called, I mentioned I was registered with the TPS, but they brushed it off, saying they were merely doing their job! Even after clearly stating I didn’t want them to call again, and mentioning my solar panels, they’ve still managed to ring me three times this week. - Caller: Better Energy

This number keeps ringing me up regarding some government scheme for solar panels, even though I’ve already made it clear that I’m not interested and simply can't stretch my budget for that right now. It's as if they’re not even hearing me!
