I got an email that looked like it was from Direct Line Group and then a text with a password to open the email. It didn’t feel quite right since I don’t think Direct Line (the insurance folks) usually do things like that. So, I just ignored it thinking it was a scam. The email mentioned reference number 111473816 and said something about the email being secure and that a password would be sent by SMS to view it. It also said the link would only be good for 14 days. Just seemed a bit off to me.

I reckon it's connected to Direct Line, maybe a part of them? Or could be tied up with Nationwide if you've got insurance there.
