I didn’t pick up, but I did search the number since I’ve no links to Wolverhampton whatsoever. I’m with O2 myself.

Some woman called pretending to be from O2, saying she could reconnect my old number, which I haven’t used for ages since the sim’s knackered. What’s weird is how she even found out the number in the first place. I know O2’s a proper company though, and if they ring up, the number will usually show up as legit.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from O2 saying my SIM was about to expire and that a DPD courier would deliver a new one. They said I didn’t need to pay anything, but then started asking for my personal details. Definitely a scam, so I wouldn’t pick up if I were you.
