I’m pretty sure this is a total scam. Since I work in the field, I could tell straight away that this wasn’t genuine. When I mentioned it seemed like a scam, the person on the other end got really annoyed.

I’ve had this number ring me four times just in the last day. Tonight at about 6:50, I picked up and there was a lady with an Asian accent, sounded like she was in a call centre, talking about some government scheme about heating help but insisted it wasn’t a sales call. I told her straight it was a scam, told her where to go, and then hung up and blocked the number. Real nuisance.

Every day, I get loads of voicemails from them, and they keep switching the numbers they call from to dodge me blocking them. I've never asked them to call or shown any interest in what they’re selling. Honestly, their approach feels like harassment, so I’ve had to report it.
