Been getting a bunch of missed calls from this number, finally picked up today and all I could hear was noise in the background before they just ended the call.

The first call said it was O2, but the follow-up caller claimed to be from Talk Plan. They sounded annoyed when I told them to take me off their list.

Said she was ringing about a phone contract, mentioned a Natalie. When I asked what company she was with, she got all annoyed and just hung up. Totally a scam, no doubt!

They said they worked for EE (which I think is now BT) trying to push a new phone deal, but turns out they weren't really with EE at all. Just some dodgy folks pretending to be, probably got their hands on personal info they shouldn’t have according to GDPR rules. Proper scammy behaviour.

Got a call today, my husband picked up. The person said they were from Safe and Secure and tried to sell us an alarm system. My husband told them we already have one. Now they know we’ve got an alarm, but if we’d said no, it would be easier for them to target us. Honestly, it’s safest just to ignore numbers you don’t recognise or ask them who they are and where they got your number from. If someone’s got your number, they probably have your address too. Definitely stay cautious.

Got a call from this number today, saying they were from O2 with some amazing offer. After thinking about it, I figured it sounded a bit too good to be legit, so I looked up the number online. I must say, my recent interaction with a rather impolite young woman left a lot to be desired. Her manner was simply appalling, and honestly, the language she used was quite shocking. I’ve got the whole conversation recorded, and I’m eager to bring this to light to show who she truly is. Her arrogance and sheer rudeness were remarkable, and to be frank, I wouldn’t trust her as a representative to handle any business dealings with EE. It seems they’re trying their luck since the merge with Virgin Mobile, attempting to push an EE pricing plan onto customers. She gave it a shot, bless her, but it’s clear she needs to rethink her approach. I wish her well in her future endeavours, but here’s a little tip: perhaps refrain from using foul language while attempting to make a sale. It comes across as exceedingly unprofessional and quite unbecoming, especially for someone so young.
