I received a call from this number on the 7th of January 2016 at 1:19 PM... I opted not to pick up, and oddly enough, they didn't leave any voicemail. Then, on the 8th of January 2016 at 9:59 AM, they tried again. I answered the call and greeted them with a 'hello' twice, but there was absolute silence on the other end, so I eventually just hung up. I've taken the step to block this number now, but it's quite frustrating as I am already registered with the Telephone Preference Service.
