Got a call claiming to be from my bank’s security team, saying there was some dodgy activity on my account and money had gone missing. Was proper worrying at first, but seemed a bit off so I didn’t give out any details. Probably one of those scam calls trying to freak you out.

I got a call from a person who said they work for some claims advisory group. They told me I could get money back from my bank because apparently there were withdrawals I didn’t know about. Sounds fishy to me because they wanted me to send them a cheque first so they could process the refund. Totally a scam, watch out!

I got a call saying I was in a car crash, which is totally not true. Sounds like a scam to me, just trying to con people out of their cash.
