Got this horrible call where the person just blurted out something like “hey you bloody idiot”. Totally rude and inappropriate.

Just got another one of those calls from someone claiming to be with BT. I could hear loads of other voices chatting away in the background which seemed odd. I told the person I’ve already had loads of calls from BT recently and asked what this one was regarding, but then they just cut the line on me. If this was a proper BT call, you’d expect them to handle it with a bit more professionalism rather than just dropping the call like that.
