Today, I received a rather suspicious phone call from someone purporting to be a technician from BT. He was attempting to intimidate me into granting him access to my computer, alleging that there was "odd activity" taking place on my broadband connection, and warned that failure to comply could result in my internet being disconnected. This is undoubtedly a scam!
