I've received several calls that claim to be from BT, but they’re rather baffling. There’s a muffled voice on the line-definitely not Scottish-and I struggle to make head or tail of what they’re saying. Whenever I attempt to interact, like pressing '1' for instructions, the call just hangs up. Quite frustrating, to say the least!
