Someone phoned me pretending to be from B.T., saying that my internet was hacked. I actually got a similar call yesterday, but it was from another 0189 number, and the voice was recorded. I’d recommend not pressing anything on your phone if you get one of these calls - usually your computer will notify you if there is an issue, or at least it should.
