Recently, someone pretending to be from BT rang up asking my husband to let them access data from his computer - sounded fishy from the start. Then, another call came through from a bloke saying he was BT about our internet. I told him the account wasn’t mine and to ring back another time, but he pushed, asking who actually held the account. Didnt feel right at all! We were actually in the middle of sorting things out with the real BT during all this, so it was pretty suspicious.
