01889 296 102, bloody annoying lot from "Rugeley" area. Since it’s such a small place, makes it easy to figure out which mortgage firms are behind this rubbish. Honestly, we just need someone local with enough guts to chuck bags of crap and stones through their windows. Everyone’s fed up with these useless, loud-mouthed muppets tramping on your time trying to force their sales down your throat. Absolute waste of space, like cavemen with no manners.

Just noticed a £2.40 charge on my BT bill for some MMS texts I supposedly sent - six of them, which I definitely didn’t. I rang BT, and after checking, they said they can’t refund me and told me to contact 01889723091 myself. This has to be illegal, it’s really frustrating and should be sorted out! Proper annoyed.

Honestly, if you feel the need to reach out to the FCA about them, you’re not alone - they spin so many lies. Absolute nightmare of a company!

Got loads of calls about "cheap" mortgages and it’s really grinding my gears. I’m only 17 and these keep coming because I dumbly gave my phone number for one of those dodgy "win £500 tesco voucher" scams. Definitely learned my lesson now. They want deposits over the phone, card details and all, so if you do hand over your info, fingers crossed your card isn’t a debit one that could take you into the red. Right from the off, cold calling about mortgages is totally against the rules, so straight away that tells you they aint legit! They’ve tried to dodge this by creating Norton Commercial Data, which claims to be linked with Choice Finance Mortgages and Financial Solutions, sharing the same Directors. Thing is, Norton should be an introducer appointed rep and so should be regulated under Choice (which they clearly aren't, probably to cover up the scam), and Choice is regulated by the FSA. This lot is obviously dodgy. I've reported them to the FSA myself.

I picked up a call from this number yesterday and the person on the other end was talking about some mortgage thing. They were saying they'd cover my £7,500 penalty if I saved like £20 a month. Honestly, it didn’t quite click with them what that even meant. Feels like they’re just reading off a script without really thinking.

I got a call on my phone showing a number and 'Rugeley' on the screen. Someone just laughed and then hung up. It totally disrupted my work and felt like such a pointless bother. I dialled 141 from my landline to ring back without them seeing my number - an automated message said something like Norton Commercial Data, then a bloke answered and said Norton Commercial, for Choice Finance. I told him to take my number off their list, explained about their call, and let them know it was a complete waste of my time and not welcome at all.

Got a call from Choice Finance - they’re a mortgage broker. They were pretty friendly with me. Even though I’m locked into a fixed rate, they took time to explain why having a “review” might be good. I decided to give it a go and when the adviser visited, they actually managed to save me more than £1000 every month! Definitely telling my mates and family about them. I reckon some of the other comments here might be from folks who weren't very polite to the people doing a tough job on the phone, then blamed them for calls dropping.
