i got a call from a bloke claiming he was with BT, saying there were issues with my internet being slow and cutting out. he asked me to open up my PC so he could check and sort it. he had an indian accent, which made me a bit suspicious since i’m aware that many call centres have indian staff but also that loads of scams seem to originate from there.
