I got a call from You Benefit and they already knew my name and where I live. When I wouldn’t share any more info with them, they just hung up.

Picked up the phone but barely had a moment before the caller started yelling "Are you stupid? Are you stupid?" then just cut off.

Got a call where some bloke was babbling nonsense before hanging up. This isn’t the first time they’ve bothered me either, they've called a few times now. Tried nicely asking them to stop but no luck, so I got in touch with Virgin to complain and even threatened to cancel my contract. Luckily, Virgin sorted me out with caller ID at no extra cost. Now I’m planning to get a call blocker to finally keep these pesky scammers off my phone for good.

Just got a call from this number a short while ago, all they did was say "hello, hello" over and over. They never said who they were, so I didn’t pick up. Looked it up here and saw it’s a nuisance caller, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked them.

These lot keep ringing me up, like at least twice a day for the past couple days. Every time I pick up and try to ask them to stop calling, they just hang up straight away. They’ve got pretty thick accents, and I noticed yesterday they used a different number to call me. Quite annoying honestly.

Got a call from BT but the caller didn't say who they were. Bit strange, sounded like a call from Guardian or something. Wasn't sure if it was legit or not.

A woman called from this number and the call was really offensive!

got a call from benefits uk again, but from a different dodgy number this time. tried to squeeze some info out of the caller, but they just repeated their usual spiel. they did say there’s a uk firm involved, though who knows if that’s true or not. you can block the number if you like, but i reckon reporting it to the ico would do more good. this nonsense really should be stopped already.
