They used a local area code that looks legit, but when I picked up, no one was there. Then if you try calling back, you just get that annoying “your call is important to us” recorded message with what sounded like an American-Asian accent. Pretty sure it’s a scam, felt like I got conned into losing a load of cash by ringing them back. Definitely not a real call - best to ignore it.

I've been getting calls on my phone from the same number but as soon as I pick up, they just hang up. Really annoying.

I got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, but the moment I picked up, they hung up straight away. When I tried ringing back, a bloke who didn’t seem to speak English came on, telling me to hold on, but then the call just ended out of nowhere. Proper strange.
