I reckon I’ve been conned twice now. After realising hotprizes had been taking £3.50 from me every week for a year and a half, with no word from them about cancelling, I decided to call 01883577013 - a number I found online. They promised to check it out and give me a refund, plus they said they’d send me an email. It’s well past that now and still nothing, I can’t even get through to that number since Monday. Feeling proper daft for letting it drag on this long. What should I do now? Any advice would be brilliant. Cheers, Lesley Worth.

For the past three months, this number has been conning me. I'm currently hoping to get all my money back. It's so frustrating when people take your cash without permission - they really ought to be brought to justice.

I've been getting loads of texts from this number and it's really annoying me. Honestly, I'd tell folks not to keep any credit on their phone because I reckon these scammers can see if you've got any balance left. When my phone was out of credit, I never got any messages from them at all. Just a heads up!
