Got a call from an automated voice claiming it was BT, saying our internet had been hacked. Thing is, our broadband isn’t with BT, so obviously it’s a scam or phishing attempt. Not certain how risky it could’ve been, but if we didn’t know it wasn’t through BT and went along with it, it might’ve caused some trouble - so that’s why I gave it a bad rating.
