I tried blocking them but it doesnt really help, they keep coming from new numbers. The lot scamming around Bolton seem to have nearly 27 numbers they use. At the moment I’m seeing the 0330117 prefix linked to like 19 different numbers. It’s proper annoying.

They definitely knew my name when they rang, which was odd. When I asked how on earth they got my number, they claimed it was from some national database. Later, I checked with my phone company and turns out that's a total lie - no such database exists. As soon as I called them out on it, they just ended the call.

Im so fed up with getting all these calls, ive had at least 10 today alone from blocked numbers and ones i’ve never seen before. These keep coming all day, right up till about 9 at night. Honestly thinking of changing my phone number at this point, these cold calls should really be banned.
