I called back and a bloke named Barry picked up. Turns out it's a debt collector working for Shell Energy.

When I picked up, there was silence for a bit, then I heard a click like someone had joined the call. A lady then asked if she could speak to our director, calling him by his first name. I told her he wasn’t free, and she just ended the call right away. Pretty sure it was a spam call.
