I got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach, warning me that my IP could be at risk and that hackers might steal my info while I’m on Facebook or shopping online. I told him I already have solid internet security to prevent stuff like that. He said no security can stop the “good hackers” and asked if I’d sit at my computer for a bit so he could fix it. Yeah, as if! I told him he was dreaming if he thought I’d let him get remote access to my PC, then just hung up on him. What a load of rubbish!

Got a call about an hour back from someone claiming to be with BT.

Got a call from someone saying they were with BT Openreach, telling me my internet was at risk and they could sort it out for me. There was loads of background noise like a busy call centre.
