I answered the phone, but there was silence on the other end. After doing a bit of digging here, I discovered it belongs to the Money Group. We've got a policy with them linked to our mortgage provider. Unfortunate circumstances at work have left us off sick, and to our dismay, these folks refuse to honour the payout. We straight up asked what exactly they cover in terms of claims, yet we're still in the dark waiting for a response. This insurance has proven to be utterly pointless when it comes to actually supporting you in tough times. I can honestly say we’ll never be taking out another policy that’s meant to safeguard you during illness or hospital stays again!
