Got a call really early this morning, figured it might be something urgent so I picked up. After a weird silence as the call got routed, some bloke with an Indian accent started talking. Just like others have said, they didn’t ask what brand of washing machine I have. I was at my elderly mum’s place when I picked up the call, and it would have really upset her if she’d answered instead.
