7 yearsI've been receiving incessant calls from this number all day-I'd say around half a dozen or more. They hang up each time, but eventually, the inevitable happened: the infamous “I’m calling from BT, and it seems your computer is infected.” Ironically, I work in IT security, so he barely managed to get a word out before I hung up after just ten seconds. Beware, folks! Neither BT, Microsoft, nor any legitimate entity will ever ring you regarding a virus on your system. They simply lack the means to monitor that sort of thing and honestly, it’s not their concern. However, that bloke on the line?
