hung up on me - so i tried ringing back but the number wasnt real!

I got a call from some place called Rethink Energy, which they said was in Oxford. When I asked if they actually thought I’d deal with their company when they’re clearly breaking the rules about cold calling people on the telephone preference service, the person just hung up on me. Quite cheeky!
