I answered with a quick hello and the person just hung up right away, which always seems a bit dodgy to me. Sadly, there’s no option for “suspicious” in the dropdown menu, so I guess I have to mark it as unknown.

got a call from someone named sam who claimed he was ringing about some boiler deal and wanted to know if i owned the house. when i asked him to identify himself properly, he just hung up on me. i flagged the number as risky since there's no way to be sure it wasn't some sort of scam.

This bloke said he was called Sam and wanted to chat with me since I apparently own the place about some boiler programme going on nearby. I just told him to get in touch with my landlord instead, and then he just hung up on me.

They claimed they were returning a call about my boiler maintenance. Strange thing is, I’ve never reached out to them. They even remarked that I supposedly don’t have a boiler at all! Quite odd, as they abruptly ended the conversation right after.

Got a call from Oxfam asking if I wanted to volunteer, which was alright. It’s kinda nice hearing a kind voice from a stranger every now and then!

During the covid times, I got a call from oxfam thanking me for my donations and giving updates on how they're helping. It was quite a nice conversation actually.
