Apparently, they claim to represent Virgin Media. However, that's not the case - Virgin doesn't ring you unless you've specifically asked for them to do so. Clearly, it's a scam. They also mentioned they're calling from London, but it turns out the number actually traces back to Farnham in Oxfordshire. I've reported them and blocked the number.
