I got an email supposedly from Lloyds bank, but the address looked off and it wasn’t expecting it. I called the number in the email, and a bloke picked up. When I asked who he was, he said he was from Nationwide! Definitely a scammer.

Got an email claiming to be from some dental company asking me to verify a direct debit payment. Amount due each month: £529.99 Company: Bupa Dental Care Starting Payment: 16th October 2026 Reference: WP-971205 The email came from an account called support but it was definitely a hacked one. Don’t risk it, don’t ring the number they give.
