I informed the caller that we didn’t possess a computer, and, to my astonishment, he accused me of fibbing. He even threatened me, saying he’d “block” the computer if I didn’t comply. Strangely, he cited our name and postcode as proof that we owned a computer, yet provided no specifics about this mysterious device.
