The woman on the other end insisted that I had an insurance policy for kitchen appliances that I supposedly signed up for two years ago, and it was nearing its expiry. She proceeded to ask me to confirm my bank information, which immediately raised a red flag for me. I didn't hesitate to hang up, as I had no memory or evidence of any dealings with such a company. It all struck me as highly questionable!
