This has to be a scam, I just wanna get my money back.

I got a call from someone saying I’d taken out a loan, which I hadn’t. I told them so, but they just kept insisting I had. I ended up hanging up. Then they phoned me three more times, but I just ignored the calls and have since blocked the number.
