I rang this number and ended up chatting with the fraud prevention folks at my bank, seemed legit to me.

Pretending to be PayPal even though I don’t even have an account with them. They said if I didn’t authorise this payment, I have just 12 hours to get in touch. They want me to call their customer service to cancel and get a refund straight away for some membership. The number they gave was a freephone: +44 1865 52 2458.
