Whenever I recieve calls like that, I just text the number to 7726. You just send a quick message like people mentioned here. Then you get a reply asking to send the number, and its helps block those annoying calls. 7726 really does help reduce those calls, give it a try!

Sounds like these are likely international calls using spoofed numbers. When I tried ringing back without showing my ID, it just said the number wasn’t valid.
