He claimed to be from NHS England, but when she asked for more details, his voice became unclear. She said she couldn't hear him properly. After he spoke clearer, he mentioned something about sending a panic alarm. That’s when she got suspicious it was a scam and ended the call. Thankfully, BT Protect didn’t let the call through.
