Got a call from someone with an Indian accent, loads of background noise like a dodgy call centre. They claimed to be BT &V and said there was an issue with my broadband. They sent me an email that looked quite legit, including a pin code to prove it was really BT. The email came from [email protected]. When I told them I wasn’t convinced it was a genuine BT call, the person just hung up on me.
