I’ve been inundated with calls from a chap claiming to be from EDF. It's quite puzzling, really, as we've entertained a staggering ten calls consecutively on the same morning! The gentleman insists that they’ll sever our service if we don’t engage with him. Honestly, it feels like harassment at this point. To make matters worse, he refuses to provide any contact number for the customer service team. Quite dodgy, if you ask me.
